Artist profile
Jo lives in Dorset but obtained her degree in fine art (painting) at Central Saint Martins. Draughtsmanship is her strength, and both sculptures and drawings explore the quality and language of line. A wide audience from Australia to America have collected her work and commissioned peices.

About my work
Jo draws inspiration from her childhood in the New Forest, and her love of the outdoors and its inhabitants. Twisted barbed wire and forged steel rods follow muscles and internal points of balance, creating animals of strength with an added ethereal quality.
