About my work
Each painting is an exploration of line, colour and volume. The process involves superimposing lines of paint to create an intricately woven surface.
New spaces are created within the surface of the canvas, expanding the capacities of the medium to sculptural terms.
The process of creating the painting, layer by intertwined layer is both the form and content of the work. Through their construction process, the paintings reveal themselves.
